We strive to offer fast shipping to anywhere in the United States. Availability subject to federal and state laws.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Our working business days are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM CST. We are closed on Federal Holidays.

Orders placed after 3PM CST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 3PM CST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping methods may vary between USPS and UPS depending on the product category.

• Due to PACT Act compliance, Vaporizers and ENDS products will be shipped with USPS until further notice
• Items exempt from the PACT Act such as Edibles and Pre-Rolls will be shipped via UPS until further notice

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders received with a PO Box will be delayed while Customer Support contacts you to request an alternate physical address.

Please ensure your address and contact information are ACCURATE at the time of purchase. Failed delivery attempts and returned shipments will deem your order non-refundable. No exceptions will be accepted.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers as your shipment may be divided between two different carriers. This is normal. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking to update after receiving your tracking email.

We are unable to ship to the following states due to hemp industry regulations. Updated 3/18/2025.

The Clover Club LLC abides by all federal and state laws. These regulations change frequently — please check back often.

We currently only ship domestically within the United States where permitted. International shipping is not available at this time.

If your order doesn't arrive as expected, is stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your Order Confirmation Number and any relevant photos.

For damaged orders, please include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assess the situation and provide the best possible resolution.

For lost packages, please submit a Missing Mail Search Request at MissingMail.USPS.com and file a claim with the respective carrier.

All hemp-derived products contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis and are federally legal. The Clover Club TX reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age.
