POLICY

Order Processing & Lead Times

We strive to offer fast shipping to anywhere in the United States. Availability subject to federal and state laws.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing time. Our working business days are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM CST. We are closed on Federal Holidays.

Orders placed after 3PM CST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 3PM CST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that delays might occur with your order and may show no movement until they reach your local delivery hub. We recommend waiting patiently for up to 3 business days for tracking to update once you have received a tracking email.

Carriers

Depending on the category of the product, shipping methods may vary between the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.

  • Due to compliance factors for the PACT Act, certain items such as Vaporizers and ENDS products will be shipped with USPS until further notice
  • Items exempt from the PACT Act such as Edibles and Pre-Rolls will be shipped via UPS until further notice
PO Boxes

We cannot ship any orders to PO Boxes. Please do not enter a PO Box as your shipping address as this will result in delays.

All orders received with a PO Box will result in a delay of processing as Customer Support will contact you to request an alternate physical address.

Adult Signature Required Upon Delivery

Cartridges, Disposables, and All Products will require an adult signature (21+) with a valid ID upon delivery. Neighbors or any other person at your residence will be unable to sign for your shipment.

Please ensure your address and contact information entered are ACCURATE at the time your order is placed. Any failed delivery attempts and returned shipments will deem your order as non-refundable and no exceptions will be accepted.

Certain information will not be able to be adjusted after your order has been shipped.

Tracking

Due to consolidation efforts and the utilization of multiple carriers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers as your shipment may be separated by two different carriers. This is normal and expected.

You may contact your local USPS office or delivery carrier for updates regarding your shipment.

International Shipping

Currently we only ship domestically within the United States where allowed. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?

If your order doesn't arrive as expected or you believe it may have been stolen, please contact us directly. We're here to help resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products. Make sure to provide any relevant information and we'll assist you with the next steps.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, we're committed to making it right. Please reach out to us and include photos of the damaged item and the packaging. This will help us assess the situation and provide the best possible resolution.
